When I’m Not the Shop Keeper: My Other Cute Hobbies
Behind the Scenes of the "Cove"
Being a full-time vendor at Amber’s Pony Cove is my dream come true. I spend most of my days surrounded by boxes and factory seals. But even a "Pinkie Pie" enthusiast needs to recharge her social and cute batteries!
When the last order of the day is sealed and sent, here is how I find my own magic:
Puppy Therapy (No Dog, No Problem!)
I don’t have a dog of my own yet (someday!), but that doesn’t stop me from being a professional "puppy whisperer." Whenever I’m feeling stressed, I head straight to the local pet shop
.
There’s something about a wagging tail and a wet nose that makes all the logistics headaches disappear. I could spend hours there just giving belly rubs. It’s the ultimate soul-cleansing experience!

A Collector’s Heart: The "Fuxiang" Discovery
Once a collector, always a collector! Even when I’m out window shopping, my eyes are like magnets for beautiful cards. Recently, I’ve been obsessed with

The art style is so unique and mythical—it’s a different kind of magic compared to my MLP collection, but just as captivating. I love the thrill of discovering new aesthetics. Exploring different "card universes" keeps my professional eye sharp!
Dessert Hunting Missions
If there’s a new shortcake or a cute themed cafe in town, you can bet I’m there! I’m a total foodie when it comes to desserts. There is a special kind of happiness that only a perfectly decorated cake can bring.
I love taking photos of my treats (sometimes they look too cute to eat!) and just soaking in the sweet vibes. It’s my version of a Pinkie Pie party!
My Virtual Sanctuary: Island Life
When I finally get home and want to shut out the world, I log into Aobi Island (奥比岛). It’s my little virtual sanctuary. Decorating my island, dressing up my avatar, and hanging out with friends in that cozy, colorful world is the best way to end my day.

Let’s Chat!
These little things remind me why I work so hard to make Amber’s Pony Cove a success. Life is all about finding joy in the small, cute, and fun things!
What do you do to recharge? Are you a dog person or a cat person? Or maybe you have a hidden island somewhere too? Let me know in the comments—I’d love to hear your "off-duty" stories!
Always from the heart,
— Amber
