DIY TCG Crafts: How to Build Custom Display Cases for Your MLP Hits

  A Gift from My Sister

Hi everyone! A few days ago, I shared some perler bead art my sister made for me on Discord, and so many of you loved it! But since the materials she used might be hard to find depending on where you live, I asked herthe real crafting pro in our familyif she could create a DIY project using things everyone already has.

And she came up with this! You don't need expensive rare cards for this. In fact, it's the perfect way to give a second life to your Duplicates or Low-Rarity cards.

  What Youll Need

To create your own custom "Memory Card," grab these 5 cards:

1 Scene Card (N): To use as your background.

1 Character Card (R or SR): Your main star! (Pro tip: Use an HR if you want that extra holographic shine).

3-4 Scene Cards (N) featuring your character: For extra elements.

1 Character Profile Card (R): For the text and bio on the back.

A pair of scissors and some glue.

 Step-by-Step Guide

 Step 1: The Bio Cut-out

Take your Character Profile Card and flip it over. Lets say were making a Pinkie Pie card. Carefully cut out her name, her "Basic Info," and the fun descriptions from the back. These will be the "story" elements of your DIY.

  Step 2: Free the Pony

Now, take your main R-card and cut out the full silhouette of the pony (Pinkie!) and her Cutie Mark. This makes the character "pop" from the card.

  Step 3: Add the Details

Take your other scene cards and cut out "Mini-Pinkies" or elements that represent her (like balloons or sweets). This part is all about how you want to decorate your space!

  Step 4: Create Your Vision

Arrange all your cut-outs onto your background Scene Card. There's no "wrong" way to do thiseveryone has their own unique aesthetic! You can use my photos as a reference, but I want to see your creativity shine.

  Why We Love This

I know how it feels to have stacks of "commons" sitting in a box. But in the world of My Little Pony, every pony matters. This project is about taking the cards that might seem "worthless" to some and turning them into something priceless and personal.

If you make one, please share a photo in our Discord! Id love to show my sister how her idea inspired you all.

  Stay creative,

  Amber
