CCG & Singles Return Policy (Please Read)
At My Prisma TCG, we are collectors first. We understand the importance of receiving authentic, untampered products. Due to the volatile nature of the Collectible Card Game (CCG) market, we maintain a strict "All Sales Final" policy to protect the integrity of our inventory.
1. Sealed CCG Products (All Sales are FINAL) We specialize in sealed Booster Boxes, Cases, and Packs. We absolutely do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any sealed products once an order has been placed and/or shipped.
Pull Rates: We do not guarantee specific pulls, hit rates, or character drops. Returns, exchanges, or chargebacks based on dissatisfaction with the cards pulled from sealed products will not be accepted under any circumstances.
This strict policy is an industry standard to ensure every customer receives 100% unsearched, unweighed, and factory-sealed products directly from our facility.
2. Single Cards (Raw/Ungraded)
Condition Disclaimer: Unless explicitly stated as "Graded" (e.g., PSA/BGS encased), all cards are sold as Raw Singles. We generally list cards as "Near Mint (NM)" or "Mint", meaning they are pack-fresh or well-preserved.
Grading Disclaimer: We do not guarantee that a raw card will receive a specific grade (such as PSA 10 or Black Label) if you choose to submit it to a third-party grading company. Market standards for "Near Mint" differ from the microscopic standards of grading services.
No Returns: We absolutely do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer partial refunds on single cards based on centering, minor print lines, or third-party grading results.
3. Order Errors or Severe Damage in Transit While all sales are strictly final, if you receive the incorrect item or if your package arrives severely damaged during transit (where the product inside is compromised), please email us immediately at contact@myprismatcg.com within 3 days of delivery. You must include clear photographic evidence of the shipping box, the packing materials, and the damaged items. We will review these on a case-by-case basis to provide a resolution.
4. EU Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period) If applicable, the European Union 14-day cooling-off period applies according to standard consumer laws. However, this right of withdrawal is strictly voided if the factory seal, shrink wrap, or original packaging on any CCG boxes, packs, or single cards has been broken, opened, or tampered with in any way after delivery.
