Authenticity guarantee

My Prisma TCG guarantees that the trading cards and collectibles we sell are authentic to the best of our knowledge. If you believe an item is not authentic, contact us with your order number and supporting photos so we can review it.

Collector-product nature

Collectible trading cards, sealed boxes, blind boxes, and similar products can vary in pull rates, condition, packaging, and market value. Unless a product page states otherwise, random products and blind boxes cannot guarantee a specific character, card, rarity, or pull result.

Use of the store

You agree to provide accurate order, shipping, and contact information. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, impossible to fulfill, or restricted by shipping, payment, or legal requirements.

Purchases

Purchases are also governed by our Terms of Sale, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy. For EU customers, eligible distance purchases include a 14-day right of withdrawal as described in our Refund Policy.
