Shipping & Handling

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

The "Prisma" Packaging Promise We are collectors too, so we understand that condition is everything. We package every order with extreme care:

• Single Cards: Every card is placed in a soft penny sleeve, then inside a rigid top loader (or semi-rigid for high-value orders), and sealed in a team bag. We sandwich the card between cardboard pads for extra protection to prevent bending.

• Sealed Products: Bubble-wrapped and shipped in a sturdy cardboard box with proper padding. We never ship booster boxes in flimsy bubble mailers.

Shipping Times We ship worldwide via our trusted logistics partners.

• Estimated Delivery: 10 - 15 business days.

• Note: While we strive to meet these estimates, actual delivery times may vary slightly due to local courier processing.

Customs Duties & Taxes (We Pay For You) Shop with confidence! My Prisma TCG covers all import duties and taxes.

• The price you see at checkout is the final price.

• You will NOT be charged any additional fees, VAT, or customs charges upon delivery. We handle all customs clearance processes and costs on your behalf.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
